Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping and what options are available?
Domestic orders (UK): flat-rate of £2.50 and sent via standard shipping, they usually arrive between 2-7 business days after despatch.
International Orders: £5 for international standard shipping (NOT TRACKED).
We offer FREE standard shipping if your order is over:
£20 - DOMESTIC/UK
£45 - INTERNATIONAL
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We tend to pack our orders as early as we can. If we have already shipped your order we cannot cancel it.
When will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch orders between 2-4 days after we receive them, if you need an order despatched sooner please contact us at email@example.com before you place the order- It's really helpful for us to know beforehand (in case we are away or very busy, we know to give that order priority when packaging)
Will there be additional fees or costs upon delivery (Customs, duties, taxes)?
There may be additional costs due upon delivery however, this is out of our control and unfortunately, we do not know what additional charges may be incurred when your package arrives.
We are not responsible for these charges and will not provide refunds or payments to cover any fees. If you do not pay them then the order will be returned to us, in which case we will issue a refund for the order, minus the original shipping cost.
I haven't received my order, where is it?
Please check in with your neighbours and contact your local post office first!
Once the package is with Royal Mail (Postal Service) we no longer have any control over the package.
If you are unable to locate it could be due to reasons listed below:
- There was an issue with the address provided.
- Your package is being held at your local post office.
- The postal service may have delivered your package to the wrong address.
- The postal service delivered your package to a neighbour.
- The postal service attempted to deliver the package but was unable to.
If a package is returned to us, we are able to resend it as long as the shipping fee is covered. Otherwise we will issue a refund for your order, minus the original shipping cost.

Do you accept returns?
All sales at Lazy Luca are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read the descriptions made in the listing carefully before purchasing.
I have received a wrong/damaged item. What can be done?
In the circumstance that you have either received the wrong item or your item has arrived damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a picture of the item and any damage. We will work out for either a replacement or a refund of the product.
Refund/replacement requests must be received within 14 days of the package delivery date for it to be accepted.
